This is a another variation of chicken adobo, mixing the standard method of cooking and using sizzling plate / cast iron skillet.  This will add another layer of flavour and texture to your adobo.

  • See our  Chicken Adobo  recipe.  Set aside.
  • Heat your cast iron plate, add little oil  then add the chicken  and spoon the sauce. 
  • Add garnish, serve and enjoy.
